ABOUT HEXFORGE
About us
An independent utility project for CTF study and authorized security testing.
What we build
Hexforge turns repetitive CTF text transformations and inspection tasks into small browser tools, then documents the reasoning behind common workflows. The goal is to reduce mechanical work without replacing analysis.
Who it is for
The site is intended for CTF beginners, security students, competitors, and people working within an explicitly authorized testing scope. It is not intended for unauthorized access, theft, or disruption.
Local first
Core Base64, URL, Hex, JWT, regex, digest, and file checksum operations run in the current browser. Challenge workspaces stay on the device unless the user explicitly exports them.
Editorial principles
- Guides are written around reproducible CTF workflows.
- Examples distinguish encoding, encryption, and hashing.
- Corrections are incorporated and update dates are shown.
- Tool output does not replace professional forensic or legal advice.
Funding and advertising
Hexforge plans to use services such as Google AdSense to offset domain, maintenance, and writing costs. Advertising does not alter tool output. See the privacy policy for cookie and personalization details.
